These terms apply between Galtö Camping and the person booking or paying for a camping pitch, either on their own behalf or through an agent. In these terms, the person placing the order/paying is referred to as the "Customer", and the provider as "Galtö Camping", "We" or "Galtö Camping". The booking and payment cover only the rental of a camping pitch at Galtö Camping.
Customers and guests at Galtö Camping are required to follow the campsite's general rules. The full set of rules is available at www.galtöcamping.se. If these rules are not followed, staff have the right to ask the guest to leave the premises.
To book and pay for a camping pitch at boka.galtöcamping.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. Payment requires a bank card or Swish, as well as BankID or an equivalent method to complete the purchase. Payment is made directly at the time of booking.
The price includes rental of the camping pitch and, if selected, an electricity connection (10 amps) including consumption. All camping pitches are booked from 12:00 to 12:00 the following day.
Pitch sizes vary, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the chosen pitch is large enough for their outfit. The stated pitch dimensions include a safety distance of up to four metres from the neighbouring pitch.
Vehicles should preferably be reversed onto the pitch, or otherwise positioned as close as possible to the pitch number sign.
Once the booking confirmation has been received, the customer should check that all details are correct. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the booking confirmation is accurate. The confirmation is sent by email and SMS.
If anything is incorrect, Galtö Camping must be contacted within seven days of receipt, and no later than 24 hours before arrival. All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.
Cancellations can only be made online via boka.galtöcamping.se.
The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary protection, such as liability insurance, vehicle insurance, accident insurance and travel insurance. Galtö Camping is not liable for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for lost property.
The customer agrees to take care of both the rented item and the campsite facilities, and to follow the rules, instructions and regulations in place. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that fellow travellers and visitors do the same.
Galtö Camping is not liable for damage to, or loss of, guests' property. Damage to the environment, buildings, fixtures/fittings or guests' property may result in liability for compensation.
We expect all guests to respect the rules. The campsite host is authorised to take action in the event of rule violations.

By using the website, you accept the data policy of Galtö Camping and Hamnsystem Sverige AB. Galtö Camping reserves the right to send information and marketing communications by email or SMS on special occasions.
This agreement applies between the customer and Galtö Camping. The agreement terminates with immediate effect if the terms are not fulfilled, or if the customer or anyone in their party behaves in a disruptive manner or causes damage. In the event of a breach of contract, the customer and the entire party must leave the campsite immediately. In cases of destruction or disruptive behaviour, Galtö Camping may claim damages.
If you have a complaint, please contact us directly. Please note that the possibility of resolution decreases the longer you wait to raise a complaint. If we are unable to resolve the dispute together, you may refer the matter to ARN (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes).
In situations such as war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or other events considered force majeure, Galtö Camping has the right to terminate the agreement. The customer and their guests will then be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Galtö Camping will refund the amount paid, with the exception of the portion relating to use of the pitch already taken.
